Premium Access

Understand how family and organization access is assigned without losing student work.

F

Family Premium

A verified parent or caregiver manages the plan and available child spots. Child access can be paused or restored without creating a new learner identity.

O

Organization access

A school or organization manages its license, terms, classes, teachers, memberships, and premium-seat allocations. Seats may be assigned by account email before a matching WordPress user exists.

1

One student identity

When family and organization coverage overlap, MathBinder applies the appropriate active coverage while preserving one account, learning history, notes, mastery, and badges.

Coverage lifecycle

What happens when access changes?

  1. Trial or plan begins: Eligible premium features activate after confirmation.
  2. A seat is allocated: The allocation is reviewable and auditable by the organization.
  3. Coverage overlaps: Active family or organization coverage is resolved without duplicating the student.
  4. Payment fails or a seat is revoked: Any configured grace or status rules apply.
  5. Coverage ends: Premium features may pause, but saved student work is preserved according to the Privacy Policy.

Before purchasing or assigning access

  • Review the current plan, price, trial, renewal, cancellation, and seat limits shown at checkout or in the license dashboard.
  • Use the account email that should own or receive access.
  • Confirm the correct organization and term before allocating school seats.
  • Do not create a second learner account to solve an access problem.
